Gift Card Terms & Condition
Gift Cards purchased from Gold Class Nails are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Where to Redeem: Valid at all participating Gold Class Nails and Gold Class Head Spa locations, including Indooroopilly Head Spa. Gift Cards can be used towards nail services, head spa treatments, and other eligible salon services.

Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date will be displayed on the Gift Card.

Bookings: Appointments are subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Standard salon cancellation and no-show policies apply. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in applicable fees being deducted from the Gift Card balance in accordance with the relevant salon's cancellation policy and applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Please treat your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorised use. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be replaced where the remaining balance and ownership can be verified, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

Remaining Balance: Gift Cards can be used across multiple visits. Any unused balance will remain available until the Gift Card's expiry date.

Additional Payments: If the total service cost exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Digital & Physical Gift Cards: These terms apply to both electronic eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards.
